The majority of our products are made-to-order. This bespoke process ensures the highest quality and unique character of your piece.

General Lead Time: For benches, chairs, and sculptures, please allow a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for your piece’s complete production.

Spring/ Peak season: During peak seasons, lead times can extend to 6 to 8 weeks.

In-Stock Items: We sometimes carry a limited inventory of our smaller products, like Wall Hangings, Stakes, Tables, and other Accessories. If this is the case, your order may ship sooner.

Expedited or Rush Order requests: Call to discuss. At our discretion, and as we are able to accommodate your request, you may request expedited production and shipping. Depending on the type of items, quantity, destination, and our current open orders, fees start at 25% of order value.

Important Note: The lead time listed indicates the time required to craft your specific piece, and does not include shipping transit time. While we work closely with our shipping partners, and strive for timely delivery, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays, and shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

Variations in Finish:

Variations in the finish are a natural and expected characteristic of our products. These variations are a direct result of their handcrafted nature, the use of heavy-gauge materials, and the application of the highest quality industrial processes and techniques.

Please also be aware that color and texture can be difficult to photograph, and the appearance of your finished piece may vary, depending on your monitor or screen settings.

Natural Oxide or Rust Finishes:

For products featuring natural oxide or rust finishes, it is normal to observe the initial signs of the weathering process we apply when it ships to you. Over time, the finish will continue to naturally evolve and develop its full character, becoming more uniform as it does.

Upon initial receipt, you should expect to see streaks, spots, and unevenness in tone, as these are natural developments influenced by environmental factors. It typically takes up to six months outdoors for these finishes to fully acclimate. We strongly recommend avoiding placing products with natural oxide or rust finishes on light-colored stone or wood surfaces, as iron oxide can easily cause staining.

Product Maintenance:

Painted steel: Wash with mild soap and water as necessary to remove environmental grime. Use of abrasive cloths or pads is not recommended.

Rust Patina Steel: No maintenance necessary.

Wall hangings & lamps: Clean with a damp cloth as necessary.

We offer free standard shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. Every piece is carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Durham, North Carolina.

Smaller items typically ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, while larger pieces are delivered by freight carrier. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please inspect your shipment for damage before signing the delivery paperwork and document any issues immediately.

Available for our garden benches and chairs, White Glove Delivery takes the heavy lifting off your hands.

For an additional fee calculated at checkout based on your location, our delivery team will bring your piece into your home or outdoor space, place it where you'd like, unpack it, and remove the packaging materials.

Additional charges may apply for remote locations or special delivery requirements. White Glove Delivery does not include mounting or electrical installation.
